SOLEDO is a running-shoe lifespan tracker. Below are answers to common questions — if you need anything else, just email us and we'll help.

How does Soledo track my runs?
Your runs import automatically from your phone's health app — Apple Health (including Apple Watch)
on iPhone, or Health Connect on Android, where apps like Samsung Health and Garmin drop your
workouts. You can also pull them from Strava, or add a run by hand. Tap a run once to assign the
shoes you wore — reassign anytime and the mileage follows.
How does Soledo know when to replace a shoe?
Each shoe has a life ring that moves from Good to Caution to Replace as the miles add up, and you
get an alert before the danger zone with the distance left. The AI Shoe Life Coach can estimate a
personalized lifespan from your weight, running surface, and the shoe's brand and model. These are
reference estimates, not medical advice.
Where is my data stored?
Your shoes, photos, and run logs stay on your device and in your own cloud account — iCloud on
iPhone, Google Drive on Android. Health data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
The AI coach sends only what you type (weight, shoe model) — see the
Privacy Policy for details.
How does paying for Soledo work?
Soledo starts with a 14-day free trial — no card, no auto-renewal, so there's nothing to
cancel and you'll never get a surprise charge. When the trial ends the app goes read-only and
everything you've logged stays put. To keep going, buy the lifetime pass once and you're
done — there's no subscription. Pricing is whatever your store (App Store / Google Play) shows.
How do I reset my data?
Open the app's settings and use Delete All Data. This permanently deletes your shoes, runs, photos,
and settings from the device. On iPhone, the copy synced to your iCloud goes with it; on Android, the
backup stored in your Google Drive is deleted too (and the app's backup access is revoked).
